Venture Engineering Group has purchased Fylde CNC a sub-contract precision machining company.
The company makes parts for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and its suppliers. Their business cuts across pneumatics, hydraulics and automotive. It has about 30 employees working in its facility in Lancashire.
This deal would help improve the national engineering offering through making it the pioneer Northern hub for the Venture Engineering conglomerate.
The Poole-headquartered engineering outfit also runs Peter Day Precision Engineering and Nu-Tech Engineering Services.
John Daly, supported by Helen Gibson led the team which operated on Napthens and work as advisers to the shareholders of Fylde CNC. Richard Robinson was a corporate partner while Charlotte Thornley and David Carr held roles of a corporate solicitor. The legal advisers for the team were Oliver McCann and Paul Hardy.
According to Daly, the shareholders have built a world-class facility and a thriving business.
