In The Dock: 6 People From Bournemouth Who Have Appeared In Court

Caterina Nicosia, 33, from Bournemouth, has admitted to the court to keeping a vehicle which was unlicensed in Bournemouth on March 6.

She was given a fine of £135, is also to pay vehicle excise back duty of £67.09, and £85 in costs.

Gavin Laidlaw, 42, committed physical assault on a female in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on November 9. To pay £75 compensation.

52 year old Stuart David Archer, also from Bournemouth, admits having 1.2 grams of cocaine in his possession in Wellington Road, Bournemouth on November 11.

He also admitted failing to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order on two occasions; as well as a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for driving.

He was fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge. Suspended sentence varied – committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months and a compulsory 20-day rehabilitation activity.

Christopher Hogben, 36, committed a series of offences including harassment, possession of drugs, failure to comply with community requirement and more.

A restraining order was made until November 2020 and he is to pay a £115 surcharge.

The overall length of his sentence is 19 weeks.

Rodney Jean Pierre Saint, 43, admitted to driving under 54 micrograms of alcohol in Stour Road, Christchurch on November 12.

Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge. Also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Susannah Jane Grevett, 48, assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty at Bournemouth police station on September 24. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay a £20 surcharge.
