In the Dock: Six Bournemouth natives who have been charged to court

THOMAS MACZOWSKY: 44 years old, of Argyll Road, Bournemouth. Was fined £300 after admitting to driving a car whilst having 84 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Was also fined £300, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs having being found guilty of acting in an outrageous manner in public.

MADELEINE KREINA PANKHURST: 47 years old, of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth. Admits to stealing goods from Cath Kidston in Bournemouth Arcade, diffusers from John Lewis in Redlands and perfume from John Lewis in Poole. Total length of sentence in prison is six weeks and to pay a total compensation of £550.

SHABU SISU: 38 years old, of Bath Road, Bournemouth. Was given a community of 200 hours of unpaid work within 12 months for drunk driving. Also to pay an £85 surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for 27 months. Also charged with driving a vehicle without appropriate insurance and license but without a separate penalty.

OLIVER PHILLIP GRAHAM CARTER: 26 years old, of Home Road, Bournemouth. Was fined £180, £50 compensation, a £30 surcharge and £85 costs after pleading guilty to beating a person at Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth on July 27.

JOSHUA HUSSAIN ETEMAD: 63 years old, of Luckham Close, Bournemouth. A community order of rehabilitation activity for fifteen days after being convicted of touching a woman sexually without her consent. Also to pay £300 compensation and register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act for five years.

JONATHAN JONES: 25 years old, of Groom Road, Turnford. To pay a £20 surcharge and £30 costs for breaking two panes of glass at Hope Housing, Bournemouth on September 15. Also discharged conditionally for eighteen months.
