We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Service Business Development team based in our Sunbury-on-Thames Office. The successful candidate should posses the following attributes:
* A confident and articulate communicator with excellent attention to detail you will support the Service BDMs at various stages of the process from seeking out new opportunities to completion of tenders.
* Using effective time management skills and a results driven approach,
* collating information for pre-qualifying questionnaires,
* monitoring of tender portals,
* maintaining electronic registers of works and seeking out new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a role where you have built effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect through meeting and exceeding their expectations.
You must be confident and proficient at using Microsoft Office products. Key interpersonal skills include being approachable, organised and able to work to demanding deadlines.
