Slug And Lettuce In Bristol Set To Reopen After A 300 000 Pound Upgrade

When it comes to some of the best cracking bars in Bristol, the Harbourside is one of the few places to go to.

One of them has just undergone a major facelift and is about to be opened soon with an entirely new look.

On February 25, slug and lettuce closed doors to undergo an incredible 300 000-pound upgrade. Quite an investment and according to an inside source, the investment was worthwhile.

According to a spokesperson, the upgrade includes an addition of a new bar with beautiful color combination with bold prints and gold flashes. They also added neon hues which are popular in most bar designs today. The VIP cocktail station has also been extended with an addition of some new bird cage seating areas where guests can enjoy some privacies. The birdcage area is a bespoke space that is good for birthdays, baby showers, or hen parties.

The menu has also been upgraded with an introduction of over 20 new dishes and the addition of new breakfast options. The BBQ, bacon, chicken, the southern-fried chicken wrap menus have also been upgraded to give clients a range of foods to choose from.

They have not left behind the drink’s menu I the upgrade. They have brought in new and improved drinks to improve the experience of the customers. The new drinks menu includes the Pornstar Martini Trees. Some drinks are available for pre-order.

Slug and Lettuce has also introduced several new weekly offers. You can now enjoy 2-4-1 cocktails the whole day and enjoy some wine at 12 pounds on the special wine down Wednesdays.

The establishment will also upgrade its staff volume. It will employ ten new employees when it reopens.

The restaurant is set to reopen on the 16th of March.

A VIP Launch night will be hosted on Friday, March 22 at 5 o’clock in the afternoon to celebrate the launch.
