Police in Somerset Launches an Appeal for a Woman Missing Alongside a Six-Month-Old Toddler


Police are concerned for the welfare of a Somerset woman who has gone missing. It is reported that she was with a six-month-old baby.

The Avon and Somerset police have, therefore, launched an appeal for any information concerning the disappearance of the woman identified as Emma Elms. She went missing from Glastonbury where she used to reside.

No information has been provided to indicate whether she is escaping or if she was kidnapped or if she has any medical or mental disorder that might have influenced the disappearance.

Police describe Emma Elms as a Caucasian woman with cropped hair, about 5ft and 6ins tall and a medium body physique.

Police say she is traveling in a silver Citroen Picasso, registered EA52 NMV. Reports indicate that the woman might still be in the Somerset region but believe she might as well have traveled away from Somerset to other areas of the country. She could be anywhere in the UK by now.
