Recent November Court Appearances in Devon to Note

Here is an update on the people who have appeared before the Magistrates Court in Newton Abbot, Exeter this November.

On November 6,

Addressing Jamie Brian Potter, 37, from Shilhay Community Centre on Smythen Street, Exeter. On 10/04/2018 at Exeter, Jamie supplied 0.19 grams of crack cocaine, a controlled drug of class A to another. Jamie was sent for trial to Exeter Crown Court on 07/12/2018.

On November 8,

Concerning Jamie Charles Bayliss, 26, from Barton Tours, Shirwell, Bideford. On 07/11/2018 at Bideford assaulted a female thereby occasioning her, actual bodily harm. Plea: Not Guilty. Jamie Sent for trial to Exeter Crown Court on 06/12/2018.

Addressing Toby Edward Wilson aged 31, from Exe Street, Exeter. On 05/01/2018 at Exeter had in his possession an imitation firearm, namely a metal gun, with intent, by means thereof to cause a male to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him or another. Toby was sent for trial to Exeter Crown Court on 23/11/2018.

On November 12,

Addressing Aaron Woods, 37, from Wellesley Hospital, Chelston, Wellington, Somerset. On 15/05/2018 at Exeter assaulted a female. Plea: Guilty. On 15/05/2018 at Exeter assaulted a male. Plea: Guilty. On 15/05/2018 at Exeter assaulted three more females. Plea: Guilty. On 11/06/2018 at Exmouth stole 20 packs of Mayfair cigarettes, to the value of £9.85, belonging to the Co-operative food. Plea: Guilty. On 12/06/2018 at Exeter assaulted a female by beating her. Plea: Guilty. To be admitted to and detained at Wellesley Hospital.
