Fans eagerly looked forward to a spectacular concert with the Muse in Bristol. With over 20 million albums sold worldwide and recognized as great live entertainers, the wait by fans was with great anticipation.
However, Muse fans felt heartbroken yesterday (November 4th) when they found out Bristol was not on the tour list. The London Stadium and Manchester Etihad Stadium were mentioned without a Bristol inclusion. This seems to be against an earlier statement that Muse concerts would cover cities of London, Manchester and Bristol.
Reason for the confusion
Announcements were made for the Muse tour for a large number of cities that had dates and venues confirmed. Bristol hadn’t gotten confirmation on such tour dates and venues which led fans believe the tour was cancelled.
The Teignmouth, Devon crew however confirmed the Simulation Theory World Tour would have Bristol on the list for 2019. The band would like to use the tour to showcase the release of their new single ‘Pressure’ and share an absolute awesome new album (Simulation Theory)
Awards and recognition
With their music style and delivery, the Muse has garnered so much recognition and awards.
With awards under their belt including two Brit Awards, two Grammy Awards, eight NME Awards and five MTV Europe Awards. An Ivor Novello Award (an award for International Achievement) from the British Academy of Songwriters, Authors and Composers.
Proposed venues and dates
There are indications for now that the concert may take place in Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol. Dates are likely to be between 29th May and 12th June.
Fans should go have a great rock experience.
