Meghan Markle Employs Celebrity Interior Designer For Cotswolds Home Valued At £947k

Shortly after their royal wedding in May, it was reported that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had purchased a country home worth £948k in Grand Tew.

The Duchess has hired celebrity interior designer, Vicky James of Charles & Co.

The property has six bedrooms, three receptions rooms and rooms for staff to live in.

It is on an estate owned by the Soho House group, and loved by A-listers such as Victoria Beckham – who along with her husband David is close to the Duke and Duchess, and James Cordon and his wife.

Julia Cordon is a co-founder of interior design studio Vicky James of Charles & Co.

Vicky worked at Soho House where she was Global Head of design for 20 years. Now she works for private clients including the Duke and Duchess.

She is said to have worked for the Beckhams, the Clooneys and the Ramseys.

Meghan is said to have celebrated her hen do at the £6,000-a-night Soho Farmhouse.

A source reportedly told the Mail Online: “Vicky is so ridiculously in demand. She has many, many high-profile clients.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Great Tew home is said to have been leased by the pair. While it is unknown how much it costs to lease a property in this area, buying a house is very pricey.

Meghan was also spotted there in the summer of 2016 with reality TV star friend of Made in Chelsea fame Millie Mackintosh.
